One of our largest client verticals at Michaud Accounting Solutions is the Roman Catholic Diocese. Our clients repeatedly told us how much they needed a cloud based, integrated software solution to manage their Savings and Loan and Investment Pool. Through direct collaboration with several Dioceses, we gained a better understanding of their software needs and began working on developing a best-in-class solution. Our goal – to develop a product that would meet their needs and also provide full integration with Sage Intacct® cloud accounting software. In addition, we plan to explore integrating with other cloud-based accounting solutions, and Mateo is definitely built to stand alone.
We know a lot of you saw Mateo in Chicago, we have made significant enhancements since you last saw it. We heard you, we listened to you, and we received feedback from many of the dioceses at DFMC and we developed this solution based on that feedback. There’s a lot more to see. Mateo delivers a product that automates the integration and reporting that the dioceses needed to streamline processes, and access and analyze data. This has assisted them by eliminating the need to create manual workarounds to integrate their savings and loan with their accounting system, and provided them with faster access to the data they need to make informed business decisions.
While our product was initially designed with the needs of the Roman Catholic dioceses in mind, our goal for Mateo is to provide a solution to any company facing the challenge of juggling multiple software systems that manage a revolving loan fund or investment pool, that do not integrate with their accounting platform.
